Classification of ReBO Techniques
摘要
Over the past few years, there has been a significant increase in attention towards ReBO. This research field offers security by incorporating techniques primarily exploiting reconfigurable elements such as SRAM-based LUTs, NVM-based LUTs, and others. The core of ReBO is founded on obfuscation through LUTs. Additionally, ReBO techniques leverage various implementations that tap into reconfigurable elements, including STT-MTJ, and SOT-MTJ technologies, to enhance security and improve associated overheads. This chapter classifies ReBO approaches based on technology, element type, and IP type, providing a comprehensive overview of the many different versions of ReBO and the need to analyze the trade-offs between them carefully. This chapter classifies the ReBO techniques and presents compassion.
