A Perspective Approach: Developing a Unified Management System for Disaster Prevention and Emergency Relief
摘要
Disasters are preventable and mitigable through timely measures such as disaster management, public education among other preventive methods. The complexity and frequency with which disasters have increased during the past years make it necessary to have an advanced management system that provides efficiency and coordination. Existing research may not fully address the integration of AI in disaster management for improved decision-making and security. This article proposes a system architecture that supports the effectiveness and interoperability in disaster risk and emergency management response, as well as improving efficiency in emergency response management for increased disaster resilience. This is about how to exploit new and promising techniques of artificial intelligence aimed at guaranteeing the defense of several fields under critical contingencies and circumstances. The paper also recommends a roadmap and strategies for a new era focused on the “Digital Economy” in the context of disaster management on how information resources can be updated as well as the reengineering of problem management processes and the way governing organizations work at various levels. It also effectively enhances region/country security against natural disasters and human made hazards by applying artificial intelligence decision making.
