The chapter underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to these injuries, combining conservative treatments like physical therapy and anti-inflammatory medications with innovative regenerative therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy. Cartilage health is critical for maintaining hip joint function, and injuries often progress to degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis.
