In 2022, research effort in the distribution sector increased by 8.63%, which was an indicator of the increasing need for improved order fulfillment and shorter cycle times in the distribution of pumping equipment. In order to achieve optimal order fulfillment, this study investigates agile supply chain strategies, methods, and tools. The study examines at how lean techniques like ABC classification, slotting, 5S, and neural networks are applied, with the goal of improving the perfect order index in the organization. Results indicate significant improvements, with the perfect order index reaching 90.41% and the cycle time reduced to 67.15 min. As a result, the proposed agile supply chain model focuses on distributors, suppliers, and customers while giving flexibility and responsiveness the highest importance. Among the strategic initiatives employed are tools for supplier monitoring and distribution efficiency.
