Malunited Tibia (Multi-apical Deformity) in Elderly Lady with Knee Ligament Insufficiency

Multi apical complex deformity associated with ligament insufficiency, especially in elderly patient can be huge challenge. We provide a step wise approach, deconstructing a complex problem in multiple smaller problems and dealing with them in a systematic stepwise fashion to get a good outcome. This case also signifies the utility of thorough clinical examination from spine to toes, to identify all problems obvious and masked, and thereby tackling them at the same time as tackling the primary problem.
