Closed Correction of Club Foot with Ilizarov

The case of a 12 year old male with the aftermath of congenital pes equinovarusPes equino varus of the right foot with extremely rigid cavus, equinus, and adduction deformity and deep soft tissue scars is presented. The treatment was performed by a closed method with circular external fixation and progressive distraction of the soft tissue and bone realignment.
