Two-Stage Treatment of a Chronic Foot Dislocation

This chapter observes a case of old dislocation fracture in the ankle. First step of treatment was external fixation and gradual reduction of dislocation by software-based Ortho-SUV Frame. The second step was arthrodesis of the ankle joint by locking nail. Use of this staged treatment allowed avoiding such complications as neuropathy and vascular disorders.
