Two-Stage Complex Foot Deformity Correction

This chapter presents a case of a two-level foot deformity correction. In the first stage, a gradual correction of equinovarus and adduction deformity of the midfoot by Ortho-SUV Frame was performed. In the second stage, the residual deformity of the hindfoot was corrected while maintaining fixation of the midfoot to the basic ring. As soon as the deformity correction was finished, a pantalar arthrodesis of the foot with a locking nail and screw fixation was performed.
