Complex Foot Deformity Correction Using V-Shaped Osteotomy and Software-Based Hexapod

This chapter observes a case of two-level foot deformity correction through V-osteotomy. Midfoot and hindfoot deformity correction was made simultaneously by two software-based Ortho-SUV Frames. It allowed making gradual correction of adduction and dorsal flexion at the midfoot and varus with distal and anterior displacement at the hindfoot.
