Gradual Soft Tissue Correction of Equinus and Cavus Deformities Caused by Arthrogryposis

ArthrogryposisArthrogryposis is a condition in which congenital contractures occur in two or more areas of the body. The patient in this case was affected in both arms and one lower extremity. Treatment of this condition has been challenging, due to severe soft tissue contractures and high recurrence rates. This case highlights how gradual correction can be utilized to address these challenging cases.
