Valgus Deformity of the Distal Femur and LLD Secondary to Posttraumatic Physeal Arrest: Femoral Lengthening with FITBONE Retrograde Intramedullary Nail

Sixteen year old male with 11° distal femoral valgus and 4.5 cm of leg length discrepancy secondary to post-traumatic physeal growth arrest underwent distal femoral osteotomy followed by acute angular deformity correction and gradual femoral lengthening using FITBONETM TAA retrograde intramedullary nail.
