Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Treated by Bi-lateral Proximal Tibial Osteotomy Followed by Gradual Deformity Correction

Thirteen year old female with multiple skeletal deformitiesmultiple skeletal deformities secondary to spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita underwent bilateral proximal tibial osteotomy followed by sequential gradual deformity correction via circular external fixation for treatment of progressive genu valgumgenu valgum, recurvatum, and increasing knee pain.
