Varus Deformity of the Distal Femur and LLD Secondary to Ollier’s Disease Corrected by Gradual Deformity Correction and Lengthening

A 9 year old male with progressive varus deformity of the distal femur and LLD secondary to Ollier disease Ollier’s diseaseunderwent three stages of treatment including (1) distal femoral osteotomy followed by gradual varus deformity correction and lengthening, (2) opposite leg pan-genu epiphysiodesis 2 years later, and (3) staged double-level femoral osteotomy at skeletal maturity and repeated femoral lengthening.
