Treatment of Complex Clubfoot Using Midfoot Osteotomy and Taylor Spatial Butt Frame (TSF)

Residual clubfoot deformities in older children are a difficult surgical problem. The foot is stiff and almost always has already undergone some surgical intervention. The traditional strategy of clubfoot correction is based on distraction in younger children (less than 8 years old) and osteotomies in older children. We will present the correction of complex clubfeet using midfoot osteotomies and the Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF)Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF).
