Correction of Lower Limb Deformities in Multiple Hereditary Exostosis (MHE)
摘要
Patients with multiple hereditary exostosis (MHE) often suffered from limb deformities due to irritation of growth plates by osteochondromas. In immature patients excision of exostosis and guided growth hemiepiphysiodesis might be an effective solution. Correction of deformities after maturity often required osteotomy and realignment using internal or external fixation. We presented correction of double level tibial deformitiesDouble level tibial deformities using Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF)Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF).
