Correction of Post-infectious Partial Proximal Tibia Growth Arrest with Taylor Spatial Frame in a Child
摘要
This report describes treatment of the sequelae from proximal tibial osteomyelitis resulting in a partial growth arrest in a 7 year old girl. Treatment consisted of gradual angular correction and lengthening of the tibia with a Taylor Spatial Frame, distal fibular tethering, peroneal nerve decompression, and proximal fibula epiphysiodesis.
