Tibial Hemimelia

Tibial hemimelia is a complex deformity that can cause knee joint instability, angular deformity of the leg, and deformity of the foot. The case presented here is of a young boy who was treated since birth for tibial hemimelia and underwent multiple surgeries for deformity correction. Multiaxial monolateral fixation system (MAC. Biomet) was utilized two times, initially to correct a clubfoot deformity and, later, for tibial angular correction.
