This case presents a 4 year old boy with multiple congenital contracturesMultiple congenital contractures of the upper and lower limbs, hip dislocation, and bilateral clubfeet. The surgical interventions to address the foot deformities (posteromedial releases) and the hip dislocation (open reduction, femoral shortening, and pelvic osteotomy) were coordinated so as to minimize the period of immobilization in the casts and allow for rapid rehabilitation.
