Deformity and Lengthening of Tibia Following Meningococcal Septicemia
摘要
A 6 year old boy presented with severe shortening of his right leg following meningococcal septicemia aged 5 months and subsequent tibial and femoral physeal growth arrest. Initial treatment was directed at lengthening the tibia and restoring an anatomical relationship between the fibula and tibia due to fibula overgrowth.
