A 16 year old Nigerian boy presented with asymmetrical genu varumGenu varum. The right knee has both an intra-articular and metaphyseal deformity corrected by hemi-plateauHemi-plateau elevation and gradual correction of the distal deformity using a Taylor Spatial Frame.
