Judet Osteoperiosteal Decortication for Humeral Nonunion

A 37-year-old male with a nonunion of the humeral shaft complained primarily of mobility and poor function of his upper extremity but did not have pain as a significant symptom. This is a case of a humeral shaft synovial pseudarthrosis treated with compression plating and a Judet osteoperiosteal decortication and no additional bone graft.
