摘要

Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) often features multijoint contractures that can impose functional challenges for patients. This case of a 25-year-old woman with severe supination contracture highlights the novel implementation of 3D software and printing in all three facets of surgery: preoperative planning, intraoperative approach, and postoperative outcomes. Here, through the use of 3D planning and guidance, a complex rotational forearm osteotomy was performed to precisely obtain a desired limb position in order to maximize patient independence and function.
