Humeral Lengthening Rotational Correction with Hexapod Frame for Osteomyelitis
摘要
This is a case of a 21-year-old female who presented with a septic malunion of her right humerus due to osteomyelitis of her proximal humerus. Her deformity consisted of decrease in humerus length as well as an external rotational deformity of the distal segment of the humerus. She was treated with gradual deformity correction using a hexapod frame, lengthening the humerus by 80 mm and correcting 45° of rotational malalignment.
