摘要

This is a case of a 39-year-old male with an infected distal femur nonunion after multiple internal hardware revisions and debridements. In a staged manner, the infected nonunion was treated with a thorough debridement and an external circular frame. After the nonunion site was healed, the expected leg length discrepancy was managed with an antegrade, internal magnetic lengthening nail.
