Chronic Osteomyelitis: Curettage, Filling with Antibiotics-Impregnated Artificial Bone Substitute and Internal Fixation

We present a case of chronic osteomyelitis with a long-standing fistula, which was successfully treated using curettage, filling with antibiotics-impregnated artificial bone substitute and internal fixation.
