Four-Segment Reconstruction and Hemi-plateau Elevation for Severe Genu Varum with Blount’s Disease

This is a case of a 21-year-old female with knee pain, severe bilateral genu varum, rotational deformity, leg length discrepancy, and left knee laxity. After a metabolic evaluation, she was treated with staged, four-segment reconstruction and left-sided hemi-plateau elevation. Specific selection of osteotomy type to integrate correction of her rotational deformity and leg length discrepancy.
