摘要

This is a case of chronic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury with ipsilateral genu varum. The coronal malalignment and the ligament deficiency were addressed in a single-stage surgery. This was done via a high tibial osteotomy and ACL reconstruction using tendon allograft.
