Dual Femoral/Tibial Osteotomies and LCL Reconstruction for Genu Varum and Knee Instability
摘要
Large coronal plane lower extremity deformities cause undue stress across the knee joint that can lead to early arthrosis. This is a case of a 37-year-old male with bilateral genu varum, left medial knee pain, and joint laxity who underwent acute correction with dual femoral and tibial osteotomies with simultaneous LCL reconstruction.
