Oblique Joint Line of the Knee Treated with Distal Femur and Proximal Tibial Osteotomies
摘要
This is a case of an 18-year-old refugee who presented after sustaining a blast injury 5 years prior. He presented to our service with a left below knee amputation and posttraumatic deformity in the right lower limb. The deformity was secondary to distal femur and proximal tibia growth arrests. Radiographically, distal femur valgus and proximal tibia varus were observed. The oblique joint line was treated with an acute correction of the distal femur and proximal tibia.
