Lengthening and Valgus Correction of the Femur with a Retrograde Internal Lengthening Nail

This is a case highlighting a 26-year-old male with unilateral congenital genu valgum and shortened femur. A retrograde internal lengthening nail was used to address both deformities through a single distal femur osteotomy.
