摘要

This case presents a patient with a history of osteosarcoma resection and allograft reconstruction with repeated implant failures resulting in non-union, deformity, and significant leg length discrepancy (LLD). A staged reconstruction was performed, first compressing the femur to achieve union then lengthening the femur to correct the LLD. Due to the large discrepancy, lengthening was also performed in the tibia with simultaneous genu varum correction. The patient achieved union and restored leg lengths.
