Reconstruction of the Femur with Allograft After Sarcoma Resection and Subsequent Limb-Lengthening

A 9-year-old presented with an undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma of the right femur. He underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by limb salvage surgery with an intercalary allograft. An electromagnetic nail was used in compression to obtain union. The patient subsequently developed a limb length discrepancy which was treated using the same intramedullary nail when he was 11 years old.
