摘要

A patient with a 5 cm limb length discrepancy secondary to congenital femoral deficiencyCongenital femoral deficiency was treated with lengthening of the affected femur using a Precice nail. This resulted in partial union described as bone consolidation in just two out of four cortices. In this case, absence of bone bridging was found in the anterolateral femur. The partial union was repaired using bone graft and stem cell injection. Full union was achieved.
