A 23 year old secretary presents with right ankle stiffness and pain. A distal tibial giant cell tumor had been treated 9 years previously with curettage and cement implantation. Treatment included excision of the distal tibia and bone transportBone transport using a stacked Taylor spatial frame (TSF) to maintain leg length and achieve a tibiotalar fusion.
