Industrial breweries have had a major problem with the filler machine. It causes bottle defects in the filling and crowning process. This needs a further solution to convert it into valuable products. The main aim of this project is to study the formulation and evaluation of organic hair shampoo from discharged beer in a filler machine. The raw materials were collected and prepared. Then the organic hair shampoo was formulated ((𝐹1, 𝐹2, 𝐹3). After that experiments were performed at various factors with three levels of mixer speed (5, 8, 10 RPM) and shampoo formulations ((𝐹1, 𝐹2, 𝐹3). The results of the experiment were characterized in terms of pH, solid content percentage, foaming height, dirt dispersion, physical appearance, and microbial analysis parameters. Finally, the results found were 7.05 ± 0.1 𝑃𝐻, 8.67 ± 0.6 𝑚𝑚 foam height, 7.85 ± 0.4% solid content0, acceptable microbial count (1.3 ∗ 104 − 2.1 ∗ 104 CFU/g total bacterial count (TBC) and 1 ∗ 103 − 1.2 ∗ 103 CFU/g total yeast counts (TYC)), high dirt dispersion removal, better clarity and light green in color at formulation 𝐹1 and 5 RPM. The physicochemical values suggested that the beer infused with aloe vera gel, upon discharge, holds promise as a viable source for the preparation of organic hair shampoo when compared to established standards.
