Color Phase Shifting Profilometry Using Multi-frequency Temporal Phase Unwrapping
摘要
In this work, we analyzed the effect of implementing phase-shifting profilometry with RGB images in an iterative way. This was done through a modification of the basic temporal phase unwrapping and using various patterns with different frequencies. It was concluded that using iterative temporal phase unwrapping allows us to surpass the constraint of the number of projected fringes, which translates into better reconstructions, being more faithful and with a higher degree of detail. Specifically, in this work, the ISSME was reduced by 43% compared to spatial methods.
