摘要

This study pioneers a comprehensive sustainability assessment for Physical Activity Programs, crucial for advancing health and fostering positive impacts on social, economic, and environmental dimensions. The innovative approach involves creating and validating a groundbreaking assessment scale aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A thorough review identified behavioral change indicators in physical activity, integrating them with SDGs and incorporating insights from health intervention program scales. Consulting sustainability experts ensured relevance, leading to a paradigm shift in sustainability assessment. The resulting pilot model introduces 5 key indicators and a novel scoring system, blending quantitative and qualitative aspects to gauge sustainability at defined levels. This pioneering scale propels interventions based on behavioral change models, contributing to active aging and community well-being. Aligned with SDGs, it promises to reshape global progress in health, equality, education, and environmental sustainability, influencing future public policies for a healthier, sustainable world.
