This chapter explores the historical evolution of Andrology and male reproductive treatments. These treatments have transformed “sterile” males into fathers, marking a revolutionary shift in the scope of reproductive medicine. Experimental stem cell-based methods and gene therapy approaches may lead to future fertility options for azoospermic men. In addition, artificial intelligence algorithms hold the potential to address challenges related to sperm selection and enhance overall clinical outcomes.
