Teaching is one of the most challenging job of a human being because it is the teacher who is responsible for building or destroying the career of a child. The teacher guides the student in a constructive manner so that he/she grows up to be a good individual. Out of all the subjects, Language teaching is considered to be most challenging because the teacher has to face a heterogeneous classroom comprising of students from across the country or across the world. In Asian countries like China, South Korea, and Japan, English language is considered to be major concern because they don’t have enough teachers in their country to teach English Language to their students. However, looking into their necessity to enter the global market, they are left with no other option but to hire language teachers from American and European countries to teach their students which proves to be very difficult for the student to understand their mode of teaching. Nowadays, the faculties have started using multimedia mode to train the students as it is more convenient and considered to be smart methodology of teaching Language. On the other hand, the children who are acquainted with their mother tongue find it more difficult to learn a foreign language through multimedia. Therefore, this paper is an attempt to analyse the teaching pedagogy of Language using multimedia and the challenges faced by Korean students to understand it.

Challenges of Teaching Language: An Analysis with Reference to Teaching Korean Students

摘要
