摘要

The article examines the phenomenon infrastructural destructivism. Infrastructural destructivism is the self-destruction system without direct destructive effects. Infrastructural destructivism occurs under certain conditions, several simultaneous destructive effects on objects critical information infrastructure (CII). Infrastructural destructivism can lead both to minimizing the risks infrastructural genesis, and to catastrophic changes leading to the complete destruction of its infrastructure. Thus, when applying the proposed approach, it becomes possible to increase the accuracy risk assessment from infrastructural destructivism and increase the safety CII subjects.
