Research of Approaches to the Effectiveness of Updating Black and White Lists

In the article, we conducted a study of various approaches to improve the efficiency of updating black- and whitelists. In current trends, blacklists and whitelists are actively used in many fields, including information security, content filtering, and access control. Lists must be updated in order to ensure up-to-date protection and effective access control; this need is associated with the development of technology and, accordingly, with the emergence of new threats. The conclusions in the article may be useful for fellow researchers interested in the issue of the effectiveness of updating black- and whitelists. The article has practical significance for organizations occupying the niche of information security and access control; the results of the article can serve as the basis for the development of more effective systems for updating black- and whitelists.
