The Aviation Safety

This chapter describes safety of aviation in terms of principles, theories and existing application schemes. We highlight strategic, commercial and technological aspects of aviation safety. We also concern safety aspects of General Aviation as the weakiest and riskiest segment of aviation. In the form of a table, we present known aviation accidents that could be prevented if our proposed Active System Control Principle was applied. We further consider flight risk profile affiliated with flight modes of aircraft. Existing: management, insurances schemes and safety regulations are considered in combination. Shown that existing ways of safety management do not provide real-time prevention of accidents and handling the risk.
