Active System Control: Future
摘要
This chapter summarises what has been developed and indicates the next steps of research, essential development regarding how our approach of active system control can be applied for aircraft design. At first, we discuss in briefly how classification of aircraft (introduced in Chap. 1 ) can help us to see through implementation of active system control in aviation. We also present that non-functional requirement; performance, reliability, and efficiency (energy efficiency, maintenance efficiency) can be pursued and achieved. We compare two sections of aircraft life cycle—design development and application and analyse what can be done within each to implement active system control. All essential steps what active system control system MUST do we briefly reiterated from all previous chapters. Special attention is reserved for the role of prognostic analysis of aircraft. Finally, we describe implementation aspect of active system control in terms of required hardware and system software and what new essential system like and ‘active’ black box should be doing and how it could match new system requirements.
