In recent years, with the development of big data, cloud computing and other new technologies, valuable data has shown explosive growth. China has also declared data as an asset in the balance sheet. And how to accurately evaluate the value of data assets has become an important premise to realize the circulation and transaction of data assets. This paper constructs a relatively complete evaluation method and process of public data assets, and calculates the weight of evaluation indicators with the expert scoring method. Finally, the public data assets are scored with examples to provide certain reference significance for the value estimation of public data assets.
