Soft-tissue sarcomas are rare malignant tumors and account for about 2% of all malignancies. Surgery and radiotherapy are the standard treatments and in case of superficial and large neoplasm, a combined ortho-plastic surgical approach may improve oncologic outcomes with better local control and lower incidence of wound complication. We report about a soft tissue sarcoma case with a bulky tumor of the pubic area where combined ortho-plastic surgical approach was successful.

摘要
