Soft Tissue Sarcomas: Philosophy of Surgical Approach
摘要
Soft tissue sarcomas represent a heterogeneous group of rare malignancies of mesenchymal origin. Recent data from the United States suggests that soft tissue sarcomas represent ~0.7% of all new cancer diagnoses [1]. This chapter will focus primarily on the surgical considerations in the evaluation and treatment of patients with truncal and extremity soft tissue sarcomas.
