It is proposed to use the quality of life as an integration factor of resilience research of energy and socio-ecological systems. Resilience is not considered in the classical sense, as sustainability, but as the ability of a system to return to equilibrium after disturbances. Resilience criteria of energy, ecological and social systems are introduced. Cognitive modeling is proposed as one of the main tools in resilience research. Examples of cognitive modeling are given. Architecture of Web-oriented Information-Computing System (WICS) and general architecture of the intelligent integrate instrumental environment for research into the Resilience of Energy, Ecological and Social Systems (REESS) are shown.
