Activism of Marginalised Children and Young People During the COVID-19 Pandemic
摘要
Chapter 4 explores the activism of marginalised children and young people during the COVID-19 pandemic. The chapter examines how children and young people were able to reflect on their capacities, vulnerabilities and sources of exclusion and before developing safe mobilisation strategies to support those they considered to be more at risk from the virus. The chapter concludes that although their child-led activism used a loose format, it was a valuable technique for creating meaningful spaces for children and young people’s political participation.
