Hepatic tumors in children are rare. The most common malignant lesions are metastases. Primary liver tumors make up 1–4% of all solid tumors in children, and the malignant ones occur at a rate of about 1–1.5 per million children per year. In this chapter, we will discuss benign and malignant primary liver tumors, as well as the evolution of their clinical and surgical treatment.
