There are increasing needs of innovating pedagogical approaches to foster soft skills such as creative skill, cognitive skill, innovation skills, etc. Many educational pro-grams have been implemented and assessed in various fields for the last couple of decades, however, there are still lack of pedagogical development research to design learning content to enhance learning experiences. Thus, this study proposes a learning and pedagogical model to enhance learning experience focusing on soft skills. This research integrates related theories to establish a new model of learning objectives as an expanding cycle of inspiring – illuminating – interacting – incubating – reflecting. Based on the proposed model, we designed an educational program to be implemented for fostering soft skills and evaluated it from students’ perspectives to enhance their learning experiences in further steps. To develop educational content for enhancing soft skills, we conducted systematic literature review to extract appropriate topics to learn. Five students voluntarily participated in our pilot educational program, which was conducted in a commonly accepted educational setting as a course with 14 sessions in a semester. The results of evaluation from learners will be utilized to redesign the educational content to enhance the learning experiences. This study suggests a novel approach to integrate pedagogical methods with the learning objectives of inspiring, illuminating, interacting, incubating, and reflecting to facilitate significant learning experiences. In future research, we will redesign the learning content and collect larger sample data to conduct empirical research.
